Lois Koomson is an Associate at Eagle AB & K Law PRUC. She has advised and represented  corporate and individual clients before both judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. Throughout her practice, she has represented clients in a myriad of litigation matters particularly debt recovery, land matters, corporate matters as well as acquisition of properties, commercial disputes, commercial transactions and out of court dispute resolution. Her experience in commercial transactions extends to drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising on regulatory and compliance standards.

In addition to practice, she is passionate about legal education. She taught business law as well as Company and Partnership law in the Institute of Education and College of Education of the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. As a tutor, she used her professional experience to provide her students with insights into the law, litigation, commercial transactions and disputes.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Studies and Sociology from the University of Ghana,  LLB from the University of Cape Coast and a BL from the Ghana School of Law. She also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Information Technology Law from the University of Ghana and a Post Graduate Certificate in International Media and Information Law from the University of Passau, Bavaria, Germany. Her mastery in Information Technology Law has equipped her with immense knowledge about cyber law, emerging technology and its regulation, AI and robotics, data protection and intellectual property, e-commerce.

She is very analytical, assertive, result oriented, dedicated, a keen listener and naturally empathetic. These traits have been and continue to be the foundation in her legal practice, technical insight and dedication to client service.
