Kwabena Agyei-Boahene, Esq, is a Founding Member and Managing Partner of EAGLE AB & K LAW PRUC. Kwabena cut his teeth in Petroleum Downstream and worked his way into the Mid-Stream and a bit of Upstream. Rising to the position of Group Senior Director, Legal and Administration for the Fueltrade group of companies, (Fueltrade, BulkShip and Trade, FT Upstream and Exploration and GASO Petroleum), Kwabena has over 32 years work experience in the petroleum industry.
As a Territory Manager responsible for Mobil Oil stations from the Eastern Region, Ashanti, Savannah, Oti, Upper East, Upper West and Greater Accra, Kwabena moved to deal in Lubricants, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Aviation. During his tenure as LPG Manager, he took the MINI FILLING Plant concept two notches higher and oversaw the first ever voluntary product recall in Ghana.
Kwabena has the singular honour as Aviation Manager for Mobil Oil Ghana to have FLAWLESSLY refueled AIR FORCE 1 three (3) times (President Clinton, Bush and Obama’s visit to Ghana) and was recognized with the coveted Pegasus Elite Award for Outstanding Performance in 1997.
Kwabena hold board membership for several companies in and out of the petroleum industry. He is the board chairman for GASO Petroleum, a board member for GHANSTOCK Petroleum storage depot, Anasset LPG Company, board chair for Jezereel Farms, Upside Equity Limited, Mansfield Limited, Eagle Bridge Limited and Logistics and Contractors Limited.
Kwabena’s career is rested on integrity and a high commitment to achieving excellence through the flawless execution of all and any tasks or assignments. His passion is to impart his acquired knowledge to the next generation.
Kwabena has a passion for Constitutional, Family and Labour law alongside his main area of energy law with a special focus on petroleum.
Kwabena compliments the expansive expertise at EAGLE AB & K LAW PRUC with a BA (Hons) in Geography and Resource Development with Sociology and a Graduate Diploma in Communication Studies from the University of Ghana. He holds an LLB from Mountcrest University College and BL from the Ghana School of Law. Kwabena holds an LL.M from the University of Ghana.
